How long does a report take?
A site report is usually ready in 5 to 15 minutes. Industry reports scan every site, so they take up to an hour. We email you when it's done.
Do you need access to my site?
No. We read your public pages the same way AI agents do, with an identified user agent, and never submit forms or make purchases on sites that aren't yours.
Which industries can I benchmark?
Any industry. Enter your website and we work out its industry and market, search for direct competitors, check each one, and leave out sister brands owned by the same company. You review the list before you pay, and can add or remove sites. No website? Describe the industry instead.
Can I cancel monitoring?
Yes, anytime from Settings. You keep every report you've already received.
Why does monitoring cost more in the first month?
The first month is the full audit, the same report sold one-time. Each month after is a re-check at the lower rate. If you bought the one-time report in the last 30 days, it counts as that audit and your first month is billed at the monthly rate.
